Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most international regions, except restricted areas, where products are sold exclusively through crowdfunding platforms.
Order Processing Time
All Lawaken orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation, and it is expected to be delivered within 5-10 business days after dispatch.
For customized or prescription products, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for lens configuration and quality inspection before shipment.
Processing times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen supply chain delays.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items may require additional lead time before shipping.
Estimated delivery dates will be displayed on the product page and confirmed via email after purchase.
Please note that pre-order schedules are subject to change due to production or logistics updates.
Pre-orders follow the same return, exchange, and cancellation policies as standard orders unless otherwise specified.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes available within 48 hours after dispatch.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days after shipment confirmation, please contact us at sales@lawaken.com with your order number for assistance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as determined by the destination country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lawaken does not cover, reimburse, or prepay any customs-related charges.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
After this period, or once the order has been processed for shipment, we cannot guarantee changes.
Customized and prescription lens orders are non-refundable and not eligible for cancellation once production begins.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if it fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Include the following details to help us resolve the issue promptly:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the package or product (if applicable)
We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
