Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and purchase details.
Please note:

  • All return shipping costs, customs duties, and related fees are borne by the customer.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Replacement for Product Issues
If the product has a quality issue not caused by human factors, we offer a replacement-only service (no repair) within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed as defective, a replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost.

Exclusions from Replacement Policy
The following cases are not covered under our replacement policy:

  • Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to dropping, water damage, impact, or self-repair.
  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, aging of pads, or discoloration.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.
  • Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
  • Products that are beyond the 12-month warranty period.


How to Apply for Return or Replacement

  • Contact us at sales@lawaken.com within the applicable period.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos (if applicable).
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Returned products must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • After inspection, we will proceed with replacement or refund according to our policy.
