AI Chat City features a wear-detection system. If it detects that the glasses have been removed, it will automatically disconnect from bluetooth and enter low-power standby mode after 3 minutes.

In a typical daily scenario—3 hours of music, 2 hours of calls, and 7 hours of standby—it can comfortably last a full day. At 50% volume, it performs well in both music and call modes.

Use the included dual-head magnetic charging cable. Attach both ends to the charging ports at the end of the temples, and connect the Type-C end to a power adapter (recommended 5V). Ensure the glasses are placed flat on a stable surface during charging to prevent disconnection or damage. If issues occur (e.g., overheating or failure to charge), unplug and check the magnetic contacts for dirt or misalignment. Allow the device to cool before reconnecting.

A professional prescription issued by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. The document should include basic information for each eye: Sphere (SPH), Cylinder (CYL), Axis, and Pupillary Distance (PD). If your prescription exceeds -8.00D / +8.00D or astigmatism is over ±3.00, we will not be able to provide custom lenses. In that case, you can purchase non-prescription frames and have lenses fitted at your local optical store.

No. AI Chat City is a portable electronic device. You can keep it with you at all times, and there is no need to remove it during security screening—you can pass through wearing it.
