Q1: What’s the battery life of Lawk View?

A: When fully charged:
• Continuous video recording: approximately 30 minutes
• Continuous music playback: over 4 hours
• Mixed daily usage (such as short shooting, music, standby, etc.): approximately 8 hours
The actual battery life may vary slightly depending on the frequency of usage of certain functions and environmental temperature, etc.

Q2: Does Lawk View support noise cancellation?

A: Lawk View supports echo cancellation and call noise reduction.

Q3: Can Lawk View be paired with multiple devices?

A: Yes, it supports dual-device connectivity (e.g., phone + computer). To enable this, go to the app → Glasses Settings → Dual Device Connection.
To bind a second phone after already pairing with one, you must first unbind the original device in the app → Settings → Unbind.

Q4: How do I charge the Lawk View?

A:
Press the release button on the charging case to open the lid.
Place the AI glasses correctly into the slot inside the charging case, ensuring that the charging port of the glasses is precisely aligned with the charging contacts of the case, then close the lid.
Press the power button on the charging case once. The green indicator on the case will light up, and the indicator on the glasses will start flashing, indicating that charging has begun. When the indicator on the glasses stays solid, it means the battery is fully charged.
Double-press the power button on the charging case to turn off the green light and stop charging.

Q5: How do I use the camera feature?

A: Press the button on the right: Single press to take a photo. Long press to start video recording.

Q6: How do I view the videos/photos taken with Lawk One?

A: Open the app → Gallery → Sync, then wait for the app to connect to the Lawk One hotspot. Once connected, you can view all photos and videos taken with the glasses. The glasses come with 32GB of built-in storage. A single photo is about 1MB in size, and a one-minute video is about 120MB. Once files are synced to the phone, they will be automatically deleted from the glasses.

Q7: How do I play music?

A: Connect Lawk View via bluetooth to your phone, then use any music app to play music.
Double-tap the touch area on either temple to play/pause.
Swipe forward/backward on the right temple to adjust volume.
Swipe on the left temple to skip.
(Gesture settings can be customized in the app under Settings → Gesture Settings.)

Q8: How do I answer phone calls?

A: You can answer, hang up, or reject calls using the touch panel.
Double-tap to answer or hang up.
Long-press to reject a call.
 (Note: City does not support placing outgoing calls directly from the glasses.)

Q9: How to activate AI Chat?

A: Long-press the touch strip on either side until you hear a prompt sound. Then speak to begin interaction. Release to stop recording, and the AI will respond shortly. You can also say “Wake, wake” for voice activation and give corresponding commands.

Q10: How do I use the AI Translation feature?

A: Open the app → Translator or Listening Translator. Choose your source and target languages. Tap the temple touchpad or app button to begin recording for real-time translation.

Q11: Do both parties need to wear glasses for translation to work?

A: Not necessarily. The glasses can capture the wearer’s voice, while the app can capture the other party’s voice using the phone mic.

Q12: The translation speed is too fast or slow. Can I adjust it?

A: Yes. Go to the translation interface in the app to adjust the response speed.

Q13: How do I use AI Note-Taking?

A: Method 1: Go to the app → Note-Taking and tap the button to start a meeting recording. A summary is generated every 10 minutes.
Method 2: In the app → Settings → Gesture Settings, assign “AI Note-Taking” to a double-tap gesture to quickly start recording from the glasses. A summary is generated every 10 minutes.

Q14: What type of prescription document do I need to provide?

A: A professional prescription issued by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. The document should include basic information for each eye: Sphere (SPH), Cylinder (CYL), Axis, and Pupillary Distance (PD).
If your prescription exceeds -8.00D / +8.00D or astigmatism is over ±3.00, we will not be able to provide custom lenses. In that case, you can purchase non-prescription frames and have lenses fitted at your local optical store.
