Q1: Can I replace the lenses?
A: Yes. A lens removal tool is included in the product packaging. You can take the glasses to an optical store to get prescription lenses fitted.
Q2: Does LAWK ONE support noise cancellation?
A: LAWK ONE supports echo cancellation and call noise reduction.
Q3: How do I charge the LAWK ONE?
A: Use the included magnetic charging cable. Attach the magnetic end to the charging port at the end of the right temple, and connect the USB end to a power adapter (recommended 5V). Ensure the glasses are placed flat on a stable surface during charging to prevent disconnection or damage. If issues occur (e.g., overheating or failure to charge), unplug and check the magnetic contacts for dirt or misalignment. Allow the device to cool before reconnecting.
Q4: How do I use the camera feature?
A: Press the button on the right: Single press to take a photo. Long press to start video recording.
Q5: How do I view the videos/photos taken with LAWK ONE?
A: Open the app → Gallery → Sync, then wait for the app to connect to the LAWK ONE hotspot. Once connected, you can view all photos and videos taken with the glasses. The glasses come with 32GB of built-in storage. A single photo is about 1MB in size, and a one-minute video is about 120MB. Once files are synced to the phone, they will be automatically deleted from the glasses.
Q6: How do I use the navigation feature?
A: Open the app → Navigation, enter your destination, and tap GO to start navigation.
Q7: How do I play music?
A: Connect the glasses to your phone via bluetooth. Then open your preferred music app. Double-tap the touch area on the temple to play/pause music.
Q8: How do I answer phone calls?
A: When there is an incoming call, right button for single press to answer, long press to reject.
(Note: LAWK ONE does not support placing outgoing calls directly from the glasses.)
Q9: How to activate AI Chat?
A: Long-press the touch bar on right side of the temple to activate AI. After the prompt sound, start speaking. Release to end input and receive the AI’s reply.
Q10: How do I use the AI Translation feature?
A: Open the app → Translat. Choose your source and target languages. Tap the temple touchpad or app button to begin for real-time translation.
Q11: Can the brightness of screen be adjusted?
A: Yes. The device can automatically adjust brightness in Auto mode, and you can also fine-tune it manually from the app menu.
Q12: Does LAWK ONE support external devices?
A: Yes. External devices can be connected to the glasses, and data from those devices will be displayed on the glasses screen.
